Need septic - leach field work Greenville area

Postby skip » Tue Mar 09, 2010 3:02 pm

It seems the leach field at my son's house is not holding what the septic tank is trying to move. The tank was emptied recently but now is over flowing. I need someone /or a company that will not rip us off to see what the problem is and fix it. If anyone knows of someone please let me know through here or call 864 449 5698

Skip, when you have the rain and other wet weather we have had lately NO drain field will work correctly. I have been so busy lately that it is almost impossable to keep up. I dont know of a good company in that area but if you cant find anybody let me know. Do not let them talk you into the "Miricle fix" stuff, all you can do is add more drain field.

Jeff
It seemed to hold up during the wet weather and started over flowing recently during this dry spell. Could this be residual wet ground effect? This house had one lady living in it before my son bought it now there is a family of four with an extra bathroom more laundry etc that a family of four will bring. I'm thinking that the old drain field may not be able to hold this. however it seemed to work okay for a year, until now.

The extra people has alot to do with it. Most likely he is gonna have to get more drain line added. I was told that Bragg septic would be your best bet for good quality and value.
