Gulches has more than a dozen primitive campsites and several other options for lodging exist throughout the park and surrounding area.
Primitive campsite on the Gulches grounds near the Reedy River. Fee covers park access for one rig, one driver, three passengers for that rig and a primitive campsite.
Camper hook ups are available in the parking lot with water and electric for your RV/travel trailer. Cost is $100 for the full weekend. Sites also include park access for one vehicle, one driver and three passengers. Note: There is no dumping station on Gulches grounds.

Note: We no longer have a cabin on-site, however there is an off-site cabin nearby, which is owned & operated by Bruce and Renee Chapman.
Hidden in a gorgeous forest it is a complete one-room upscale facility that sits on our Reedy River just 3/4ths of a mile from our park entrance. One takes a circular stairway to a screened-in sitting porch where you can enter the kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with new full-size electric appliances including a coffee maker and micro-range. Table and chairs for four-to-eat meals or play cards while relaxing by the gas fireplace make for cozy post-off roading evenings.
In Summertime the unit is totally air-conditioned. The room has a large new double bed for two but also comes with a large sofa for one and a new folding bed for that fourth person. The main suite features a shower, toilet, and sink.
There is plenty of room for parking tow rigs and trailers or you can leave them at the park and drive your off-road rig to the cabin. The cabin is totally furnished complete with linens.
The cost for the cabin is $130 per night, $240 for the weekend (Friday and Saturday night). Payment is cash or check only and reservations are mandatory.

Gulches ORV Park is the only legal place in South Carolina for full-size 4x4s to play. Our trails range from easy and intermediate to difficult and "absolutely stupid". Tour guides can be supplied upon request and on-site camping is available.
