Everyone must be in a vehicle in order to enter the park. DO NOT BLOCK TRAILS-leave space to drive past your parked vehicle AT ALL TIMES.
* All trails will be open to everyone as usual- with the exception of a few trails during the event that will be opened back up immediately following.

9:30 AM Drivers meeting

If you trailer your vehicle in, please choose a spot that corresponds with the length of your truck and trailer. Keep an eye out for signs saying parking lot full. There is additional parking just down the road.

EXPRESS CHECK IN: purchase your passes online BEFORE NOON on Friday and INCLUDE the NAMES of the people you are paying for in the notes section. This gives me time to check waivers for a faster check in.

Everyone on the premises must have a waiver filled out, drivers, passengers, and children. Children go on their parents waiver at the very bottom. Each adult MUST fill out THEIR OWN waiver. If you try to put two adults on one waiver you will have to GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE and refill out the waiver for BOTH adults.
We would like to check everyone in as quickly and efficiently as possible to make sure you get to see the event.
